Preventing sickness is better than curing, because once you have it, it is not easy to cure it, thus healthier living is one way to keep away our body from different sources of illnesses and diseases.

Having a healthy lifestyle is not a luxury, it is a basic need for us human to perform well and live longer. So making a way to have a healthier lifestyle is really a good thing, healthy exercise, healthy choices and healthy eating habits.

One way of good healthy eating habits is eating "yogurt", which is nutritionally rich in protein, calcium, vitamins B6 and B12. Originally from Turkey, yoghurt or yogurt is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. Fermentation of lactose produces lactic acid, which acts on milk protein.

Since I'm both working(at night) as a call center agent and studying as an IT student(at morning), yogurt gives me additional nutrients and energy to perform my task easier and livelier.And the only yogurt brand i usually eat is the "Nestle Yogurt", with its newest brand of Fruit Selections which comes from different flavors (mango,buko, blueberry, strawberry, melon )Nestle Yogurt, gives more real taste to my healthier lifestyle.

One of my habits is photography, i don't have the best camera i only have one digicam which is not that very good in resolution and that is my sister's camera so basically i don't have my own cam,but still that is not a hindrance for me to take good shots! I do have photography background before and even won a Photo Journalism contest way back in high school, that's why when I saw this advertisement from Nestle, I don't do any second thoughts and immediately joined the contest..

Trees, symbolizes mother nature. It provides human useful things in our daily lives.

Give foods to eat.
Give shelter to live.
Gives oxygen to breathe.

"W/o a tree human are nothing".

W/ the benefits that trees given to us, it is a requisite for us human to take good care and keep trees alive.

But nowadays, trees are abusively used which results to flashfloods, soil erosion causing landslide and deaths of people, and one thing is proven when you experience mother's nature revenge all your things get lost right away.

For us Filipino, fellow countrymen it is proven to us with the last year(2009) tragedy of "Bagyong Undoy" in which all over the Metro and other provinces, flashfloods came real quick w/ just glimpse of an eye.

I'm one of the victims, that's why I do know how mother nature gets mad ! (Imagine to swim over 7 ft mud water w/ garbages??). And I love to take fresh air and I do know only trees can give me the best.

And us an exchange for all the benefits that trees provided for human, I did registered to R.O.X Tree Planting Activity to plant more trees at the La Mesa Water Shed.

(Students are students. Pressured, Hard Core Studies, Focus, etc. Well that’s normal before but now, is it still normal? You may think twice.. We must see the truth behind the wall of what was Filipino students before compared after before, see what i mean ? Well, definitely you must ! Just wanna share this article to every students like me.. Hope you like these funny ideas which exist for real !)

Well, each one of us does have the GUTS. But how do these so called-- “ability” would abusively used?

As student, we already know what to do. Mostly, we are always inclined with the different hindrances, though sometimes we add savor in the way to fulfill enjoyment, aren't we? These might also known as those “KALOKOHAN/S” (with a slash and big letter 'S') care why? Because we do not only sprinkle one but we do spread more.

Wonder what these are?

Here are some of those folks of the guts:

1. CLASSES FORECASTERS
-Imagine how forecasters done their job? Well, classes forecasters are the ones who decides if there are classes or not. They have the guts to make a hundred and one excuses together with reasons for not attending classes, plus the fact that they are always in “ALERT” whenever suspensions declared within the university. (Hmmm, aren't you?)

2. SCHOOL WORKERS
-Nope!Nope!Nope!I know what's going on your mind! Not the typical school workers who work within the vicinity of the university, but those school workers who have the guts to do much work at school, eventhough it must be done at home, neither assignments nor homeworks. Simply saying “Homework means doing it at school”. (Correct! Isn't it?)

3. BIRDS VIEWER
-As the saying goes “Aanhin mo pa ang pag-aaral kung katabi mo'y iskolar”, these might be the principles of those birds’ viewers. Who they are? Well, let me describe you one. I do know one person, who can revolve his eyes completely in 360 degrees, spectacular talent, isn't it? Yes! Revolving his eyes having the guts to seek answers for the tough questions in any kind of test, get it? (Bullseye! Aha-aha...)

4. GROUP SEATER
-Teamwork. Set your mind on something... a goal then fulfill it. Precisely! The aim of those group seaters. Want to know them? They are those people who have the guts to give efforts and share ideas with everyone. For an instance, whenever individual seatwork has been given by professor, expectantly it would become a group work. Just like following this slightly eccentric passage “One for all, all for one”, meaning mistake of one, mistake of all. (Ouch, Isn't it?)

5. CHEATING ARRANGER
- “It's better to cheat than to repeat”. Surely! This must be the fundamental law of those cheating arranger. Since friendship value most, certifiably! Seating arrangement will undeniably perfect, because real friends never leave each other, they have the guts to just sit silently, deep with each others heart saying “Lakihan mo sulat mo huh! Di ako nag-review! Times new Roman, 64” (Admit it!)

6. CREATIVE EDITOR
-Well, well, well! This must be the big fuss! Wondering why? It goes like this one.... Since logic is a must in all students they always used it in a subtle way. How? They just only reformat projects which are already made. Creative editors are those people who have the guts to edit projects by making little changes such as substituting information or even repositioning different data. Seldom, when patience comes, we add additional quantitative variables and merge it with other projects. We don't seem like an expert hacker, do we? (Caught in act, are you?)

Guilty or not. Well, it gives the fact that we can't deny these stuffs. Maybe, it’s the modern-age generation that boost it up, which give rises to conflicting ideas, characteristic ways of living and uneven trends. But the point is, we can do something about it. (I do admit that I also do some of those stuffs) If we cannot leave it all behind; at least lessen it guys!

All of us are not perfect. We do that kalokohan/s because of pressures but often for our own good, though always we do exist to the limit. Let's try to be independent in a way that we are not only just “dependents” but with the course of action that we must learn and progress ourselves. If improvement does not exist, what will be the future awaits us? How can students be professional’s who will lead the different fields of specialization if we do not take actions, right?

So students, wait for no longer! Just prove it and have the real GUTS!

We must think twice and prove what we got.
